As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing essential administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth daily operations of the office. Your duties include handling email inquiries, scheduling events, managing office resources, organizing files and records, and supporting the preparation of reports and presentations.
You will also assist in coordinating meetings, events, and conferences, perform data entry tasks, maintain databases and spreadsheets, and welcome visitors and clients.
Overall, you will play a key role in maintaining an efficient, organized, and professional office environment.
Provide a range of administrative and clerical duties, including handling email inquiries, scheduling events, managing resources, and organizing files and records
Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
Assist with the coordination of events, meetings, and conferences
Perform data entry tasks and maintain various databases and spreadsheets
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and customers to the office
Contribute to the overall efficiency and organization of the office
Providing and managing digital learning materials
Enrolling students in online classes (e.g., setting up Zoom sessions)
Tracking attendance and performance
Coordinating billing and service reporting to employers
Assigned to monitor multiple student batches simultaneously, with the number of students per batch varying depending on the program schedule.
Participating in general meeting
Handling confidential student information
Work with the local and Indian administrator
Experience in an Administrative or Office support role
Working with Educational environment/industry is advantageous but not a requirement
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor
A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with a willingness to take on a variety of tasks
Good communication skills since it will be interacting with foreign teachers and other professionals
Can work independently with a minimal supervision.
Knowledgeable in Google Applications such as document, sheets, calendar, drive, Gmail, google meet, forms, workspace, and any related.
Experience in using Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Outlook.
