Hello Patient is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to accelerate new customer acquisition across healthcare organizations nationwide. You’ll own the full sales cycle end-to-end—prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, and close—while navigating complex stakeholder groups and building trusted relationships with operators and executive decision-makers.
You’ll sell Mia, our AI-powered communication platform that automates high-volume patient conversations across phone, SMS, and chat. You’ll help prospects understand the operational and financial impact of AI automation—reducing administrative burden, improving patient experience, and capturing revenue that would otherwise be missed.
This is a high-ownership role in a fast-moving, early-stage environment. You’ll partner closely with leadership to strengthen messaging, ensure a seamless customer experience, and help scale a repeatable go-to-market motion as we grow. We’re looking for a true hunter who is comfortable creating momentum, staying disciplined in a dynamic environment, and helping shape how we sell as we scale.
