Middle School English Teacher

We are looking for an English Teacher for a K12 bilingual School based in Chengdu. This is a full-time role available from February 2026.

Job responsibilities

• Teach English to middle school students ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience
• Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments
• Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum
• Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers
• Develop supportive and safe learning environments
• Bachelor’s degree or higher (Master's degree prefer)
• TEFL/TESOL certificate or experience with ETS or IB teaching a plus
• At least 5 years’ experience in education or ESL teaching; this may be waived for candidates with a degree in education

Salary and benefits

• Monthly salary for 20,000 to 24,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications
