We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Officer to join our HR Services & Reward team on a 12-month fixed term parental leave cover based in Burswood.
This role will suit someone with strong Australian payroll experience who can step in with confidence, manage deadlines, and support accurate payroll delivery across a busy operational workforce. You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your leadership capabiliy in a high performing payroll team - drive process improvements, support payroll system transitions, and implement automation initiatives.
Reporting to the HR Services Manager - APAC, you will support the accurate and timely delivery of Australian payroll services, including weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls.
You will work closely with employees, managers, supervisors, Finance and HR teams to ensure payroll data, queries, reconciliations and reporting are managed accurately and professionally.
