Sales Cadet

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of our supportive and friendly team within our busy car dealership. The Sales Cadet is an all-rounder position with a mix of vehicle preparation, sales support, after sales support and administration duties. This fluid role will see you becoming more involved within the sales area, eventually liaising with clients and being responsible for meeting and greeting clients as they arrive at the showroom and delivering high levels of customer service. This is an extremely busy role that will provide variety within a dynamic work environment.

Your primary responsibilities will include a mix of

• Preparation of vehicles for sale
• Coordinating pre-delivery 
• Vehicle sales with the assistance of our team
• After sales service and maintenance assistance
• Supporting the Sales Team
• Administration support      

YOU NEED TO MAKE IT HAPPEN EVERYDAY!                            

This role is suited to an "all-rounder" with a passion for cars and the car industry.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• A positive attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
• Exceptional customer service
• Punctual and reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Understand the importance of, and respect client confidentiality
• Ability and willingness to work autonomously and as part of a team
• A valid Victorian driver’s license
