Epworth Rehabilitation is seeking to appoint a dynamic and experienced Grade 2 Social Worker to provide comprehensive social work services in at Epworth Camberwell. This is a permanent part time position of 22.8 hours per week.
The successful applicant will provide excellence in patient care to patients and their families predominantly in the area of aged care.  Clinical responsibilities will include undertaking comprehensive psychosocial assessments, family work, outpatient work, group work and discharge planning as well as involvement in student supervision. The role will be predominantly be based at Epworth Camberwell with the possibility of working across other interesting clinical areas at our other rehabilitation sites at Hawthorn and Richmond.
You will work in an energetic and cohesive clinical team that strives for excellence in patient care. The Social Work Department offers a high level of clinical support and supervision, as well as a strong commitment to professional development activities and quality projects.
