Position Title
Account Officer- Davao (Full time)

Finance Operations / Sales and Marketing
Key Responsibilities:
Loan Processing
* Receive and evaluate loan applications.
* Conduct background checks, residence verification, and business assessments.
* Analyze clients' repayment capacity and recommend loan approvals.
* Manage and monitor assigned dealers
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Monitor delinquent accounts and implement recovery strategies.
Customer Service
* Address client concerns and provide financial guidance when appropriate.
* Educate borrowers on loan terms, repayment schedules, and financial responsibility.
Reporting and Compliance
* Submit daily, weekly, and monthly accomplishment reports.
* Ensure adherence to company policies, regulations, and ethical standards.
* Safeguard client information and maintain confidentiality.
Qualifications
*MALE (bawal small heart)
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Willing to do extensive fieldwork and travel within assigned areas.
* Basic knowledge of sales
* Proficient in MS,tech savy is a plus
* Possession of a motorcycle and a valid driver's license is an advantage.
* Can work under pressure will less supervision.
