We are looking for a data-driven, detail-obsessed Manager – Sales Office to be the operational
backbone of the sales function. The role owns sales MIS, dashboards, CRM hygiene and analytics, and
partners closely with the sales leadership and the Strategy Office to convert raw data into decisions that
drive revenue, productivity and forecast accuracy.
The incumbent will work cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, Legal and Operations to
enable smooth flow – Making quotation and agreement to order execution and post-sales reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Sales MIS, Reporting & Dashboards
- Own end-to-end MIS – design, build and publish daily, weekly and monthly sales reports and
dashboards for the leadership team.
- Forecast &pipeline visibility – maintain accurate funnel, forecast and order-book reports; flag
deviations vs. plan.
- Performance tracking – track KPIs across regions, segments and reps including bookings, revenue,
ARPU, win-rate and cycle time.
Sales Analytics & Insights
- Data analysis – work with large datasets to surface operational gaps, growth pockets and
productivity opportunities.
- Strategy partnership – collaborate with the Strategy Office to drive data-driven decisions and
strategic reviews.
CRM & Systems
- CRM administration – configure, test and maintain reports and dashboards in Microsoft Dynamics
or equivalent CRM.
- Data hygiene – ensure clean opportunity, account and contact data; drive sales-team adoption
and discipline.
- Continuous improvement – enhance reporting and dashboard functionality in line with evolving
business needs.
Deal Support & Sales Operations
- Quotations & agreements – support the sales team in preparing accurate quotations, proposals
and customer agreements.
- Sales SOP & audit – lead the sales SOP audit process; ensure compliance with internal policies and
approval matrices.
- Order management – coordinate with internal teams to track order fulfilment, billing and
collections support.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Stakeholder management – partner with Supply Chain, Finance, Legal and Operations to enable
smooth execution.
- Requirement gathering – engage stakeholders to capture reporting needs and translate them into
scalable solutions.
- Project orientation – demonstrate strong client and stakeholder collaboration to deliver on
project objectives and timelines.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (B.E. / B.Tech / B.Com / B.Sc. preferred). MBA is a
plus.
- Experience : 5–8 years in Sales Operations, Sales Support, MIS or Sales Analytics, preferably in
Healthcare, MedTech, HealthTech or B2B SaaS environments.
- Industry exposure: experience working with enterprise / hospital / institutional sales teams will be
an added advantage.
Skills
Technical Skills
- Advanced Excel – pivots, lookups, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query and complex formulas
(mandatory).
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems – Microsoft Dynamics preferred; Salesforce / HubSpot
acceptable.
- Working knowledge of Google Sheets and BI tools (Power BI / Tableau / Looker) is desirable.
- Strong reporting, MIS and data-visualization skills.
