We’re hiring for the Fan Engagement & Audience Development area as part of our Product, Design, Engineering & Global Operations (PDEGO) software suite and global technology team. You will be working on a product that helps Sony Music artists quickly generate easy to customize websites and link-in-bio solutions that can centralize content marketing online and drive fan engagement. Further details will be shared in the recruiter interview and scheduled PDEGO team interviews.
○ Typescript, React and javascript so able to code review & guide development
○ Familiar with low-latency techniques to help us improve page load time and reliability.
○ Fully conversant with testing frameworks.
○ An expert working experience with microservices and communication over HTTP, including relevant standards such as REST, HTTP, and OAuth
○ Deep understanding where caching techniques can bring latency and reliability improvements.
○ Extensive Node.js experience.
○ Knowledgeable about pipeline deployments and CI environments.
○ RDS, Snowflake and graph databases
○ A positive innovator for where our data models can be improved to decrease latency, save on resources and improve reliability.
○ Prior experience of mentoring / training would be advantageous.
○ Ability to persuade and influence peers and stakeholders
