What will your role be at DiliTrust?
In order to reinforce our Global HR Team, we are looking for an experienced and driven Head of People Operations.
As Head of People Operations, reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will be based in our Paris office and will play a crucial role in structuring our People department and bringing your expertise to successfully leverage data to increase our efficiency.
This is a unique opportunity to join us to contribute to the HR Team scale-up, develop our People Operations structure and work on strategic and innovative HR projects at global scale.
People Operations & Structuring
Manage, structure and develop the People Operations team (3ppl)
Oversee the entire employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, mobility, contracts, amendments)
Structure, formalize, and continuously improve global HR processes
Identify and remove operational pain points to streamline HR workflows
Support the CPO and People Business Partners on Individual and Collective Employee relations
International & Compliance
Oversee HR matters across 8 countries
Collaborate with local stakeholders and external providers
Conduct compliance audits and harmonize practices
Act as a subject matter expert on legal and administrative topics
Data, KPIs & Financial Management
Build and ensure the reliability of HR dashboards and KPIs
Own payroll mass and HR data shared with Finance
Foster a data-driven culture within the HR team
Deliver reliable analyses to support business decision-making
Compensation & Benefits, Performance & Cross-functional Projects
Lead or significantly contribute to Compensation & Benefits topics
Manage salary reviews and complex cases
Conduct benchmarking (e.g., Mercer-type references)
Contribute to strategic projects: AI, HRIS (Lucca), M&A, Learning & Development, continuous improvement
10+ years of relevant experience
Extensive experience in Data management, payroll and HR administration, preferably in dynamic and fast-growing companies in international and multicultural settings
Fluent in French and English. Any additional European languages will be a plus
Strong knowledge of French labor law and additional countries is a plus
Previous experience in project management and merger & acquisition is a plus
You have advanced skills on Microsoft Office
