We're looking for an experienced Trainer who is passionate about developing talent, driving performance, and creating engaging learning experiences. In this role, you'll be responsible for onboarding new hires, facilitating training programs, identifying skill gaps, and supporting continuous learning initiatives across the business. Key Responsibilities - Deliver new hire, process, culture, and skills development training programs. - Design and update training materials, presentations, guides, and learning resources. - Monitor trainee performance through assessments, coaching, and feedback sessions. - Partner with Operations and Recruitment teams to ensure training effectiveness and readiness. - Conduct refresher, upskilling, and performance improvement sessions for existing employees. - Track training progress, maintain training records, and prepare performance reports. - Identify learning opportunities and recommend initiatives that improve employee performance and customer experience. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in any field preferred. - At least 2 years of BPO training experience. - Experience supporting a Real Estate account is an advantage. - Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills. - Amenable to working onsite in Entec 2, Angeles, Pampanga.
