ADMIN ASSISTANT:
⢠Graduate of any business-related course
⢠At least 1 year admin / billing / office support experience
⢠Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office
⢠With experience in billing, documentation & coordination
⢠Organized and detail-oriented
⢠Good communication and reporting skills
⢠Can work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
⢠Provide admin support for smooth daily operations
⢠Handle end-to-end billing, documentation, and vendor coordination
⢠Maintain organized filing of important documents
⢠Ensure service level agreements are met across departments
⢠Track and monitor business errands, expenses, and official communications
⢠Assist in vendor sourcing, accreditation, and partnerships
⢠Manage inventory, assets, and office supplies; prepare reports and analytics
⢠Answer calls and process incoming documents accurately and promptly
⢠Support special projects and other assigned tasks
